The high key technique are a type of photographs in which whites, are so bright they almost seem overexposed and blacks are not so black, gray if not smooth, and ultimately my point of view, give the picture an interesting effect, this is achieved with a white background, a very natural and soft light, then with the help of an image editor (Adobe Photoshop in this case) is achieved the effect of high key, below I show a video of how it performed with the next step. STEPS:
- Open image (I took it this Internet)
- Make a selection on the channel window, with CONTROL + CLICK on the RGB thumbnail.
- Create a new channel (click small icon on the channel window, next to the delete icon)
- COMPLETE EDITION + + COLOR
- Invert selection
- + COMPLETE + COLOR EDITION FRONT Invert selection
- EDITION + COMPLETE + COLOR EDITION
- + + COLOR FILL
- Deselect
- + PICTURE + ADJUSTMENTS TO INVEST
- Reselect as in point 2 but Alpha1
- thumbnail Select the thumbnail RGB
- Invert selection
- We return to the Layers window
- COMPLETE EDITION + + COLOR
- Create a new layer
- COMPLETE EDITION + + COLOR
- deselect Create a new layer
- place it in between these two
- EDITION + FRONT COLOR FILL + Coverter
- COLOR LAB mode (MODE + + COLOR IMAGE LAB) Merge accept
- We return to the channel window, select the lightness channel, this will give a focus, FOCUS + FILTER + MASK FOCUS
- convert to RGB, RGB + PICTURE + MODE
- Uniting all layers, CAPA + Merge Visible
- Duplicate layer and put in soft light + BLUR Gaussian (high)
